Today, yet another amazing calm day, we watched 2 pairs of humpbacks. Both consisted of a mother and calf. I am familliar with the one calf now with the white underside tail. That calf has been quite active over the past few days. Rolling around under the water, upside down. Lots of tail breaching, slapping, pec lifts and slight spyhops. Some awesome viewings of the humpbacks. We also stopped in at race rocks ecological reserve where once again, our brown furry marine friends were either sleeping hard or fighting for realstate. On our way home we watched a mother and calf humpback pair. Yay for humpbacks!
