L12's were hunting off of San Juan Island all day today. Mega L41 and his family member Matia L77 hunted back and forth in circles the entire time of our visit. One of the larger males breached 2 times however unfortunately I was facing another direction so did not get any photos of it. On our way home we had an adventurous ride through the gales along the Juna de Fuca. Riding on the ocean magic in gale force is actually tons of fun, you should try it!!
