December 29 2006 Transient Killer Whales !!! Skippers Mark Malleson and Brian Glennon (mallard and beemer ) had a great afternoon zodiac trip. They discovered a group of transient killer whales off Victoria . ( Thanks Rhonda ) The whales were feeding heavily with a sealion and seal kill observed. There are some very large groups of Stellar SeaLions in the area. Winter whalewatching is great !
